ConvivenciAPP is an innovative system that is made available to educational communities for the management of school conflicts, which allows:- Facilitate the reporting of conflicts, to all members of the community- Centralize, organize, streamline, and supervise the processes involved in the management of school coexistence cases, strengthening the quality of management, supporting evidence, and compliance with due process- Support school-family communication in the field of school coexistence.It is made up of a mobile application and a web platform, which works according to the RICE of each establishment.
For each episode entered, the system generates a unique case number, which goes through a flow of states as it progresses through the phases of the process.It has the following characteristics:- Security of the information- Access control- Management of different roles- Case status flow management- Notifications managementThe mobile application, available for cell phones with Android and iOS operating systems, includes two main modules, the entry module and the case tracking module.
Through login, any member of the community with their credentials enabled, may report episodes of conflict.
And from the monitoring module you will be able to review the states through which your case is progressing and the steps that the School Coexistence Manager determines to be visible in the Management Platform.
